If your cabinets are stained or painted and you like the door style, but they are showing their age Refinishing may be an option for you. Refinishing is like a facial or make-up for your cabinets. Lifetime Custom Painting will evaluate the type and condition of the finish and inspect the cabinet construction to determine what your options are.
Stained cabinets cannot be stained lighter, only darker. Painting would be an alternative, if you would like the finish. Staining and painting usually requires us to remove the doors, hinges, drawers and trim to be worked on in our shop.
The cabinet end panels and face frames would require finishing in your home or condo. Refinishing is a labor intensive method of updating or refreshing your cabinets. Some door styles and cabinet designs may require extensive hand sanding or stripping prior to applying the new finish. Lifetime Custom Painting Inc. will consult with you to determine if your budget and expectations are aligned, before proceeding with a detailed estimate.
